● This machine is widely used for precision welding and repair of various metal components and delicate products. It is especially suitable for
● Jewelry manufacturing and repair, including gold, silver, platinum, titanium, palladium, and other precious metals.
● Ring resizing, chain repair, prong welding, stone setting reinforcement, and jewelry restoration.
● Precision welding of electronic components, sensors, connectors, and micro metal parts.
● Repair and restoration of precision laser components and optical devices.
The YMR-200W is specifically engineered to weld precious metals including gold, silver, platinum, titanium, and palladium, as well as electronic alloy components and various stainless steel micro-parts.
With an adjustable beam spot range of 0.2mm to 2mm, operators can perform ultra-fine tasks such as prong re-tipping and porosity filling without heat-damaging nearby gemstones or fine details.
The integrated 1P water chiller provides continuous, stable temperature management for the YAG laser cavity and optical systems, ensuring reliable long-duration continuous operation in production workshops.
The system is equipped with both a stereo microscope and an LCD digital imaging system, giving operators clear optical magnification and real-time viewing for micro-welding tasks.
The system operates on a single-phase AC 220V±5V 50Hz power supply with a 60A circuit and has a total rated power consumption of 4KW.
